16RW-3B Magic Chef Range - Instructions

I replaced the broken grommets with the new ones. I purchased 8 so I would have back ups because I did not feel the new one would last either. I think they cost TOO MUCH but I could not haggle for price.

With a family of five a needed an extra oven rack as my RV oven is very small. After much aggravation between calling and going online to the manufacturer I still could not get any help. Even with locating the all important parts number. I was just about to give up when I was surfing around and found this website. Wow! What a relief! Not only did you show my where to find the part number, but I ordered it and got it within days. I spent more time on hold and online with the manufacturers customer service than anything else. From now on, no matter what I need, whether RV or home, I'm going staright to PartSelect. very easy to push each grommet into range top holes

The fuel lines had to be cross over from the factory positions which made one 3/8" to short. Resolved problem by cutting the sheet metal on the back of the stove top from 1" hole to 1. 5" By cutting a slot in the lower protion of the hole which when bent down allowed me to rebend the fuel line down giving me the needed length to reconnect the fuel line. New thermoset/fuel valve work great upon completion. Sincerely john o. Bevers

After some research in finding the information under the range hood, I did internet searches to find the appropriate replacement rack.
It fits great and we are thrilled to have the additional rack.

Removed what was left of the original clips. Pressed in the new clips and snapped in the themostat blub

Purchased a 1999 RV discovered the oven was misssing a rack and we were unable to use.
Located the part, ordering was easy. The rack arrived and fits perfect in the oven like it was made for it.

easy replaced after giving proper model and serial numbers. They were very helpful sending pictures so i could choose which knob might work as they had two for the same model number. Make sure that gas is turned offf to appliance.I had to remove the top of the range and use adjustable wrench to loosen the two gas tubes. Then use screww driver to remove valve from gas feed tube ( oh - make sure to turn of gas at apppliance gas valve). I then had to use the adjustable wrnech for removing the flange.

Caution should be used when reinstalling the tubing. Also test all jionts with soapy water.

I was very impressed with the ease in ordering the part, and the speed of delivery. All I needed was a second oven rack so that when I bake cookies, I can bake two trays instead of one, I get done in half the time now. Thank you Part Select!!!
