The grommets came apart metal from rubber.

I replaced the broken grommets with the new ones. I purchased 8 so I would have back ups because I did not feel the new one would last either. I think they cost TOO MUCH but I could not haggle for price. read more

Factory installed hinges were bent, preventing the oven door to close tightly

Had to turn off the propane, disconnect the propane line and then remove several screws holding the stove in the cabinet. Once I was able to pull the unit out of the cabinet, I had to remove several other screws for the sides in order to gain access to the hinge arm and spring.
