Hi Ray, thank you for contacting us. If the back panel has rust and sharp edges on the holes we would recommend replacing it with part number PS896465. The rear panel covers the wiring and other components at the back of the dryer. We hope this solves your problem!
Why are there two thermostats under this model? Are there two in the dryer? If there is one, how do I know which one to use?
For model number 11065102310
Hello Rose, thank you for the great question. We have found that your model comes in 2 different thermostats. The one is cycling thermostat, part number PS11741405. The cycling thermostat monitors and regulates the temperature inside the dryer. And the other one is a high-limit thermostat, part number PS11742185. The high-limit thermostat shuts off the heating element or burner when the dryer overheats. You may need to replace the one that is faulty. We hope this information is useful!

I ordered all the thermal sensors for the dryer. They arrived two days later and they were the correct parts. It took me about 1/2 hour to replace all three sensors and now the dryer works like new again. My wife was very pleased, so was I.
I basically took the back offo the drive, then detach the heating coil. Afterwards had to go back in and change the thermal regulator an the job was completed.
