We took towles from the washer that had still contained more water, the spin cycle must have had a problem.
I felt the belt had broken since the unit was still running. I went on-line looked at some you tube movies to get some idea what to do. Was very helpfull. Found on-line how to get the part forb this nearly 20 year old dryer. Had the part shipped overnight, was able to track it. Followed your innstallation instruction, With the heavy rubber bands hooks at both ends it was easy. Never done this before, sure saved a good amount of money.

Dryer became really noisy then the drum stopped spinning altogether.
First I removed the lint screen from the top of the machine and then the 2 Phillip head screws that where located under the lint screen door. Next I used a Flathead screwdriver to lift the top of the dryer from the bottom and propped it up against the wall in back of my dryer, next i removed the two screws from the inside front corners of the dryer with a ratchet and the appropriate size socket. I then removed the bottom front panel of the dryer with my Flathead by prying it off at the clips once removed I had access to two screws near the bottom, i loosened them with my ratchet and socket, I pulled out the top of the front panel with the dryer door open as I supported the drum with my free hand. once I removed the front panel I then removed the drum and set it aside. I took this opportunity to vacuum out all the dust from the bottom of the machine and the burner. I then removed the screw from the bottom of the first drum support wheel then i pried the clip off the drum support wheel axle Pulled off a second clip that held the wheel in place then i removed the broken wheel. I removed the back clip which was already cracking i put on the new clip, the new wheel and then the second clip, long story short I replaced the other drum support wheel which was still good but since i had everything apart i went on and replaced it too. I then put the drum belt on the drum, and I positioned the drum in place and put the front panel back on i put the top screws back in then i routed the belt around the tensioner and put it back in place. I rolled the drum all away around while pulling the drum gasket out and placing it in its proper position before i tightened the rest of the screws i plugged the machine in and checked to see if it was working as it should it was so i unplugged the machine and tigthend everything after i put the machine back together i dried a load and while running i went into our bedroom and asked my wife "do you hear that"? She said "no" and asked me what was she supposed to hear. We purchased the dryer used about seven years ago and it never ran as quiet as it does now. Its so quiet you can actually hear a click and then the sound of the burner kicking in.

Dryer buzzed when trying to start
First off, I ordered the part around 1 pm, paid regular shipping, and it was here the very next day! As for the repair, maybe the easiest fix I have done. Make sure the dryer is unplugged, pop the top up and remove the front of the dryer. Take out the pulley (careful it can snap ya) then remove the drum. The snap rings around the motor can be tricky, so be sure to watch the video sent to you from PartSelect. With a couple of wrenches, loosen the motor from the blower and remove. Put new one in and put back together. Piece of cake. Took me about 20-25 mins. This is the best place I've ordered from and will continue to get my supplies here. Good Luck!

Broken door off/on switch. Bad heating element
I usually never fill out this type of information for anyone but I felt that I needed to tell people how great the service is. I watched the youtube installational tutorial and I replaced both items without any problems.. The guy that makes the videos should get a raise. The parts were delivered in record time and I saved alot of money by doing the repairs myself. Kudos to a great company that goes the extra mile. BTW: I am not affiliated with the company in any way....... Thank You!

Heating element went out on clothes dryer
This was an easy fix. No need to purchase a new dryer! I had replaced this part previously about 4-5 years ago. We wash a lot of clothes with our family of 5. Watched the video. Wires were easy to replace on the machine because it was logical (i.e. bottom wires attach at the bottom and front wires attach to front, etc.). Dryer was up and running fast! Part was shipped Monday afternoon and I received it by Wednesday afternoon with the regular shipping method. Altogether AWESOME! Dryer working like a charm.
