Hot water stopped flowing and had a small leak
This was a pretty easy repair that only cost about $30 and 20 minutes to do. The video was very useful even though the Inlet was slightly different than the original. Putting the housing back on was the toughest part. The one thing they failed to mention is that you may have to unhook the outlet on the washing machine depending on how much room you have to work. I've never worked on a washing machine before so I was very happy with the ease it took to replace this part and that the diagnosis was correct. I bet this would have cost over $125 to have a repairman do it. I also found it easier to do with two people. We simply unhooked the hoses...remember which is which. It might be a good time to check and replace the hoses too. My cold water hose is in bad shape so I know now to replace it soon. After unhooking the hoses and the outlet...and unplugging it, we moved it to an open area to work on. Simply unscrew the control panel and flip it back, then uncl the wires to the lower part of the machine. Unclip the hinges and pull the body off. Then unscrew the old inlet, unclip the hose and the circuits...again remember which goes where but they are color coded. Toss the old one and replace with the new one and reverse everything you just did.

Agitator spinning, not churning.
watched the parts select video showing how it was done. from there it was a simple process. popped off the fabric softener cap, and the seal cap. then used the socket wrench to unscrew the bolt. took off the cog holder, and turned upside down. The video was great, because it perfectly explained how to position the Agitator Directional Cogs (dogs)when replacing. the ridge went face down into the slot. Put the holder back in, replaced the bolt, cap, etc. and it as finished. Again, this is an easy fix, and the video perfectly explained the process.

Cogs were stripped
Popped the top of the Agitator off by hand, removed the softener cap protecting the Retaining nut by hand and used a 3/8 in socket driver with an extension and a 7/16 in socket to remove the retaining nut. Pulled top of Agitator off shaft, flipped it over and removed the Dog Ear housing. Removed retaining ring, removed and replaced Dog Ears (Cogs) and reassembled...less than 15 minute fix!

Water pump housing leaking.
Unplugged washing machine and tilted washer back toward wall. Loosened clamps, removed hoses from water pump and drained water into shallow basin. Pried retaining clips up with screwdriver and lifted pump off of motor shaft. Installed new pump on motor shaft and secured pump with retaining clips. Re-attached hoses and secured clamps. Returned washer to upright position, plugged washer in and ran it through a test cycle with no problems. Watched the video on the replacement of the water pump, so the process was very simple.

Water leaking in floor
Washer started leaking so I carried it out on the back deck so I could still use it until I had time to fix it, ordered pump, it came in about two days, took about ten minuets to fix and put back in the laundry room. I've had this washer and dryer set for nearly twenty years, I do most things myself, ordering online and having the parts waiting on me when I get home makes things so much easier

Water would not pump out of the machine.
Last time the washer had this problem, it was the lid switch. Jumped the connector to make sure that was the problem. Ordered new switch. Followed the directions on-line, but did not understand which screw to take out of the back panel of the washing machine. Turns out, did not need that step. Must have a different model than the one used in the demo. Everything else worked exactly like the repair demo.

Agitator wouldn't turn.
This was an easy repair. I used a 7/16th socket on a 8 inch extension to reach the agitator bolt. After removing the bolt, I pulled off the top half of the agitator, leaving the bottom half intact and attached to the washer. After that it was a simple replacement of the agitator directional clutch dogs and then putting the top half of the agitator back in place and tightening the bolt.
