Washing Machine stopped spinning and agitating, clicking/hum noise when lid closed.
Did not know problem or how to access - thought the back came off washer. Typed in symptoms and it pretty much pinpointed the most likely cause. Watched video on how to take it apart (BTW the front and sides come off, NOT the back). Followed the guide, took motor off and sure enough one of the plastic couplers was cracked. Ordered from PartSelect and with regular shipping the cost was under $20 (ordered Tues. night, had it by Thurs.) Installed part - note as someone else said the new piece has metal inserts which make it really snug to go around the drive shaft, but the tip about using an oversized socket and some light taps to get it on worked liked a charm. Put it all back together (getting case back on was toughest part)and its been working fine for the last week - heavy & lite loads. Have to say was thinking the whole thing needed to be replaced (sound & age) but for $20 it was worth the shot...Glad i came here first!

Pump was leaking water around the seal.
Watched the repair video that came with receipt. Removed two screws from power head, folded out of the way. Removed two large clips holding outer shell on and removed outer shell. Tipped washer back towards wall. Removed two clips holding pump on to motor shaft. Removed both hose clamps, drained hoses onto towel. Aligned new pump onto shaft and did a reversed assembly of above items. Works great!

washer wasn't spinning
It was actually much easier than I expected. The worst part was dealing with the gear oil as I drained it to clean out the plastic pieces that came off the gear. To see how to fix things like this, I went to Google, enter my model and what the problem was and watched a repairman do it. It seemed easy and it was.

leaky pump seal and worn drive adaptor
The washer was going to be thrown away because of the leak, a new one was purchased. I said I would take the old washer and look into repairing it.I went online and saw a video on how to replace these defective parts, upon seeing how quick and easy this repair could be made, paired with the extremely small expense for parts ( 48.00 including shipping!), I chose to repair the washing machine. After the repair was completed, I donated the machine to a friend and spiritual advisor, an Orthodox Bishop.

Agitator wasn't agitating anything except my wife
Pop the top of the agitator off, 3/8th socket to remove the bolt holding the entire Agitator assembly, pull straight up to remove the entire agitator assembly, remove agitator dog assembly, pull plastic retainer holding agitator dogs in, replace agitator dogs, replace plastic that holds them and just put the thing back together. If it takes more than ten minutes you must have stopped for a beer break

Water leak from washer
I had previously verified the water leak coming from the washer water pump. This was prior to coming to your web-site looking for the part. I thought it was great the way I was directed to finding the part needed by the problem indicated, which directed me to the water pump 1st thing. I was also sent a instructional video on how the repair is made. This impressed me so much I shared it with one of my sons who volunteered to help with the repair. I'm a HVAC service tech and not use to having that much support. Greatfull for all your company's helpful service. I'll be sure to recommend as well as be a return customer. Sincerely, Dave Evans

Machine did not agitate
Followed the video did not need to tilt machine over. Layed on floor it was more comfortable. The most difficult part was putting back on the tension band on top that's because I got a little tired on the food. Thanks for all your help. I bet I saved over $250.00 if a service tech came to fix this. You guys are the best

Motor coupling broke
Once you take the housing off it's only two clips to remove the water pump from the motor, then two screws and two more clips to remove the motor itself. One issue I ran into was the new coupling was hard to put on, so the first time I did I overheated the motor because it was binding (was also very hard to get the motor back on). After taking it apart again, and slightly tapping both couplings with a hammer the motor went on very easy and washer works like a champ!
