Washer would not operate without slamming the lid
Replaced the lid switch by pulling the washer out enough to gain access. Not necessary to disconnect the waster hoses. Remove the two screws from the white plastic tabs on the rear of the control panel. Also remove the two screws connecting the control panel from the washer body. Lift the lid slightly and pull the control panel forward. Disconnect the pug into the lid switch and remove the switch. Replace the switch but remember to lift the lid while doing so. Lid has a small arm that must engage the switch correctly. Replace the control panel and reinstall the screws. Repair is very simple.

the couplings were broken
I took apart the cover of the washing machine, remove the back, and disconnected the hoses , also disconnect the controls, remove the pump and the motor, which are ben hold by two brackets, then proceed to remove the old parts and insert the new ones, the only problem is that they fit too tight and I used a round tool to insert the new ones, after that i put everything together and bingo, the machine is working already.

Motor did not turn drum and made sound
Your video was very helpful in showing steps for repair so I didn't have to discover how to disassemble. The old Direct Drive Motor Coupling had three broken couplers on one side and a cracked center on the other. New Direct Drive Motor Coupling was a much improved design that should last even longer than original. The couplers metal sleeves and overall thicker part was what original should have been.

Hole in the drain hose.
This was a great buy!!! All the hose clips as well as the hose retainer came installed on the new hose (in the correct location) the hardest part was waiting for the part to arrive...it took me least three 2 minutes to install...if my dog had thumbs he could have replaced the drain hose.

Agitator and auger malfunctioning
Disassembled and removed agitator/auger unit by removing center cap, and removing center securing nut. Once on the workbench, further separated auger from agitator unit to access clutch, cam and four dogs. The old dogs had broken into two pieces each and no longer functioned. Upon obtaining replacement dogs, I simply installed them, reassembled the parts and remounted the center auger/agitator unit. Works like a dream.

Washer would not spin
I Googled "washer would not spin" and came upon the PartSelect YouTube video on replacing the motor coupling. Since this seemed easy enough (and I'm a 40-year-old Mom), I decided to take the washer apart as the video instructed just to see if I could find anything obviously broken or out of place. Low and behold, the rubber gasket around the coupling was broken and indicated the coupling probably was too. I ordered the part through the direct link on the YouTube video and easily put the new coupling on and VOILA! The only thing I'd recommend differently is that you leave the pump alone. It doesn't need to come off to get to the coupling. After wrestling with trying to remove the pump, I left it in place, but not before unknowingly damaging it. I had some rust build-up in there and it made the fit very tight and cracked the part/sleeve the motor drive plugs into. When the washer was reassembled I found I'd caused a leak. But...no biggie. I decided to replace pump, too. Hey, now I know how to! :) Just received that part yesterday and VOILA! It's amazing what you can accomplish with the internet. Don't be afraid of this task, ladies (and gentlemen).

Agitator would not move or spin
Unplugged, removed water supply hoses, removed drain hose from washer, laid whole washer on it`s back without removing the cabinet, popped clips off the water pump and laid to side, took two screws out of clips that hold motor on and popped them off with a screw driver, unplugged wiring harness and another single wire on motor and then lifted motor off. Then pried the plastic pieces of the coupling off the the motor and transmission shaft. Cleaned debris off motor and washer, replaced plastic piece to the transmission and set rubber part on plastic. Then replaced new plastic piece on motor and set motor back into bracket and put all parts back on in reverse order. I make it sound hard but was a easy job.
