Ice maker stopped making ice and i did the normal routine by using afresh cleaner and cleaning the coils but still not making ice.
For model number 10689593102
Hi Danny,
Thank you for your question. If the room temperature is too low, the ice maker will shut off. Make sure that the room temperature is above 55°F. Also, check to see that the control is turned on and that the ice maker is plugged into an outlet that is working. If the drain line is kinked, remove the kinks. We hope this helps! Good luck with the repair!

My ice maker is making way to much ice what could the problem be and is there a reset button
For model number 10689593102
Hi Mikah, thank you for your query. If your ice maker is making too much ice, make sure that the ice bin is directly below the ice maker. If the ice bin is not in the correct place, the shutoff arm will not work properly, and the ice maker will continue to produce ice. If you have removed the shelf from the freezer, there will be too much space between the ice maker and the ice bin. Replace the freezer shelf to have the correct bin spacing. If this does not help, then you may need to check the following parts: the ice maker switch, part number PS12348182, which shuts off ice production if it detects the water filter is not in place, and the electronic control board, part number PS12346592. We hope this solves your problem!

Scratches in Surface
This product comes in a bottle with a brush like Liquid Paper. It goes on incredibly easy. A second coat might be needed. I wanted to prevent rust from setting in so I covered the scratches and dings. The paint is a little brighter since my washer is 10 years old but it still looks great.
