It does not include the bracket and covers, and you might need to purchase them separately. The other accessories which need to be bought along with this ice maker are the front cover, part number PS11752097, the bracket, part number PS11739245, and the side cover, part number PS2329885. Thanks to the pictorial diagram, I was able to order correct parts. It was just a matter of removal of broken parts and replacing them. Remove the top hinge cover. Removed the top hinge support. Lifted the door from the bottom support. Old door cams were worn completly flat.
