Crisper pan no longer held in place due to breakage of the lip.
Pulled out the old one an put the new one in. I was impressed with how easy it was to work with partselect.com, I had alway ordered through Sears before, but from now on I will be using partselct.com for ordering parts. Got the part in two days with free shipping and $20 les than Sears that did not have the part in stock.

Cracked Crisper Pan
SUPER EASY!!!! I pulled the old one out and put the new one in. Perfect fit and it took less than 60 seconds. This web site was about $30 cheaper than ordering from Kenmore and it was identical. I ordered my Crisper Pan on Wednesday and got it Friday. Highly recommended!!!!!!!!!

Freezer stopped making ice cubes.
At first I thought the problem ws with the water valve. I tested it and got a normal reading. Just as Partselect suggested, it was the Icemaker Control and Motor Assembly. Once I removed the old one I noticed it was dry rotted on the plastic stem that turns the wheel. I tried to replace it while it was still in the freezer. That didnt work very well so I ended up taking the whole ice maker out as shown in the video. Once everything was back together and plugged in I heard that sweet sound of water flowing down the chute into the ice maker. About 4 days later the ice bucket was full to the top with ice.

ice tray wouldn't fill with water
I shut the water relieved the water pressure. unplugged the refrigerator removed the electronic control board and emitter.there was one screw i took off on the right rear side of the ice maker to remove a wire connector cover .then on the left front bottom side of the ice maker assembly i took a flat head screw driver gently pushed up on the plastic clip and it pulled straight out disconnected the wiring harness put the new icemaker control motor assembly in.put the assembly back in.the new emitter and receiver boards in turned the water and power back on.it took about a hour before the ice tray filled up with water and started doing it's thing very easy fix.

Ice maker doesn't make ice.
Changed the Motor Assembly. Wasn't the problem. If I had followed your trouble chart a little farther I would have found out it was the circuit boards. All is well and I might add that yor guide with the parts and video are priceless. Very Happy. Lowell Onstad

Door would not close properly and was out of vertical alignment
Removed door, removed both upper and lower cam and replaced, applied small amount of vasoline and replaced the door. The entire repair took less than 5 minutes. Door works great. When replacing the cam you need to replace both the upper and lower cam. When you order the parts, the upper cam is on the door schematic and the lower cam is on the refrigerator body schematic. I originally only ordered the upper cam.

water dripping from spout
Turn off water supply then Remove the dispencer trim by putting a flat screw driver into the slots at ths lower edge of trim and push down on trim as you pry the trim out and remove trim. Remove two screws holding the controls and unhook the far right connector and push to the side to get to old line, unhook the connecter at the bottom of door and remove compression nut from old line, remove the screw holding the old line in place and remove the assembly by pulling up and out. install new metal holder into slot and install screw to hold in place (If you have old style)cut new line at angle (Don't cut but about 1/2 inch off) and push new line down through hole at the bottom of the door where old one was and install the upper end into new metal bracket notch ,reinstall control panel with the two screws that were removed making sure that the controls strike the switches correctly ,reinstall the trim ,cut off the line to the match the connector and install the compression nut and put lines together, turn on water and check for leaks. Test and remove air and job should be complete. (hardest part was getting the trim off with out breaking it, I looked close and found the notches on the bottom)

When I placed the glass cover in a sink of lukewarm water, it shattered
All I did was removed the stickers and place it in the frame - no tools required. It fit perfectly and is since it is clear (the original one has a grid pattern in it) I can easily see everything in the drawer below. I will be more careful in cleaning this one - apparently the temperature difference from cool to warm caused it to break, so I will just wipe this one down rather than submerging it in water.

Ice maker would only make ice intermittantly
I started by viewing the video online showing how to make the repair. I then unplugged the fridge, taped the cover of the icemaker up out of the way. It was then a matter of removing three screws on both the emitter and receiver sides of the freezer and two screws each to remove the boards. I uplugged the modular plugs from each board and then reversed the proceedure. Icemaker is now working like new.
