After figuring it out, Some changes had to be made, but everything went smoothly

Took the cover off the relay parts with pliers removed the relay replaced bad part with the new parts and put the new cover back on plug the refrigerator in and it started to cool off and it is running great so far . A 46 dollar parts and it saved me a lot of money and it only took 15 min. Thank you

I got the new part and unplugged the refrigerator. I removed the wire auto shut-off. I removed the old motor assy. I checked to see if the motor quit running at the same locations as the new one before removing the entire ice maker. Lucky it did, so I installed the new motor assy without having to remove the ice maker. It took 10 minutes at the most.

I read the other replies and decided to replace the boards. It worked!!!! Ice right away!!! I would have only needed to chafe that if I didn't muscle the ice maker arms around in frustration and brek it!!! This website is great!! Parts came fast and accurate !!!! Thanks parts select !!! Set out an area large enough to lay the door down once I took it off the refrigerator. Took off the top screws and hinge. Had my 12 year old so help me with the door and hand me all the tools so I could quickly change out the parts and not leave the Refrigerator open for too long. I think from the moment we took the door off to the moment it was back on was probably about 5-6 minutes tops. That is how easy this was. All the parts fit and thank you to PartSelect and it great website that advised me of the second part that went with the first if not I would never have known. Thanks again!!

Verified that the sensors were working. After removing the Ice maker assembly from the sliding track, I found that the indexed drive wheel on the motor had broken off from the shaft mounting. I ordered the Icemaker control and motor assembly from Partselect and swapped out the bad part. It only has three screws to remove and replace so it's fast and easy to fix.

just removed tho old one and inserted the new one job complete.

Push it in to place very easy.

REMOVED three bolts holding the housing had a little trouble getting the housing out far enough to get the water lines back on that is when i had to use the needle nose.30 min at the most Thank You

Remove ice storage container from inside freezer. Remove philips screw from the coupler underneath ice storage container. Removed coupler and flat washer. Installed new plastic coupling and metal flat washers. Relaced original coupler and screw. Tighten screws very carefully. Installed ice storage container and filled it with fresh ice. Ice is now coming out when the level on the outside of the freezer door is pressed. Yeah...

Pull the ice maker out using a nutdriver Pull the use a srew driver to remove the srews did the same to replace it put it back in had ice in 20 min

After googling for a parts supplier, PartSelect.com came up. The site was well done and had the Parts List conveniently available. I watched the associated video which was the highest quality "how-to" repair video I have seen. As it turns out, though, the icemaker does not have to be removed from the freezer unit. I removed the icemaker's shutoff lever, removed 3 screws, pulled the motor assy off, slid the new motor assy in place and re-installed 3 screws. Reinstalled the shutoff lever per the video and JOB DONE.

I opened the refrigerator door, being careful to leave the freezer door closed. After verifying that refrigerator light was on, I squatted down to be at the same level as the crisper drawer. Firmly grasping the old crisper drawer by the convenient built-in handle, I pulled the drawer until it was fully opened. I removed the contents of the old crisper drawer, noting the original location of each item, so that I can place the contents into the replacement drawer in the same place. Grasping the old crisper drawer, I pulled outward and lifted slightly until the drawer was off the track and out of the refrigerator. Using both hands, I placed the rear of the new crisper drawer against the drawer track, lining the tabs on either side so that they would enter the track. I applied gentle, rearward pressure, guiding the new crisper door onto the track. This step was a little tricky. I had to wiggle the new crisper door up and down a bit, to get the new crisper door past the "stop bumps" in the track. After the new crisper door was sufficiently in the track to be supported by the track, I replaced the contents in (what I thought) the same locate from which they were removed from the old crisper drawer. After placing all contents back into the new crisper drawer, I applied a little more rearward pressure until the new crisper drawer was in the fully closed position. I then closed the refrigerator door. I quickly reopened the refrigerator door, to ensure the light went out. It was on. I slowly closed the refrigerator door, keeping an eye on the gap between the refrigerator door seal and the refrigerator cabinet, and noted the light did, in fact, go out when the door was about a half inch from being fully closed. Returning to a fully standing position, I announced to my wife that I repaired the broken crisper drawer. The congratulated me on my accomplishment and I felt a rush of satisfaction over a job well done.

First gasket received was damaged. Returned for full credit, no problem. Got second gasket and THEN found the real problem was the hinge! PartSelect accepted second gasket for full credit. No problem, no hassle. Awesome customer service. Thanks PartSelect!
