Water wouldn't come out of dispenser but ice dispenser was working fine.
I watched the video and removed the tray, but there were no screws underneath it! We tried prying it off with no luck, and then I read the directions from another customer. We removed the door handle, pressed down on the dispensing unit while using a flat head screwdriver to pry off the dispenser unit at the bottom (There are two little slots where the screwdriver fits perfectly.) I was afraid of the thing cracking since it is so old, but it did fine. This was the only hard part. After this was off, the rest of the repair followed the video exactly and it was super easy and took about 5 minutes! As I was detaching the old control bracket, I saw that it was completely broken on the right side. I knew then that this was the correct fix. It was an incredible moment when we tested the dispenser for the first time and water came shooting out! Thanks for your help on this - I would have never dreamed doing a repair like this before, and now i know I can do it.

Ice maker stopped making Ice
Turned off the icemaker and took out the hex screw at the back of the unit that held the cable guard. The ice maker was easy to slide out after releasing guide locks on each side of the unit. Pulled the unit forward and released the electrical connection. With the unit on the cabinet, I removed the motor housing cover. Took out the 3 scews holding it in place and the old motor was out. Just reverse the steps putting the new one in. In an hour or two we heard ice dumping into the holder.

Ice maker stopped making ice - repair not successful
I removed the flapper door. I removed the screw to remove the wire connection. The ice maker slides out easily. I disconneted the power wires. Removed the motor cover. Removed the 3 phillips screws. Replaced everything in reverse order. I unplugged the unit to reset the LED panels. The ice maker is still not making ice.

Ice maker just quit working!
After my ice maker just quit working I did some troubleshooting based on the users manual. Found all the electronics to be working fine so I took out the ice maker to see if the water fill tube was frozen, it was not. Next I took off the motor access cover to discover the gear that rotates the spindle was pushed out further on it's drive shaft so it was not meshing with the motor drive gear. I pushed the white gear back on further only to discover the small locking tab on the shaft was broken off allowing the gear to slip outward and become unattached. Had to order a complete motor/gear assembly, installed in 20 minutes and all is fine again. Easy fix.

Ice maker stopped working
After watching a YouTube video I was able to determine that my ice sensor was working properly. I was getting water through the door dispenser so I decided to pull the icemaker. First I removed the 2 hex head screws holding the ice door which gave me access to the icemaker. I removed the hex head screw holding the electrical plug cover on the bottom right side and removed it. I then pushed up on a plastic tab on the bottom left side of the ice maker and slid the icemaker out so I could access the electrical connection. After unplugging the electrical harness(plug/socket) I completely removed the icemaker from the freezer. The white square end cover easily pulled off the icemaker exposing the control and motor assembly. After removing the 3 screws holding the assembly on I pulled the assembly off the end of the icemaker. Installation was as simple as assembling the parts in reverse order making sure that the ice delivery male shaft "flat" mated with the "flat" on the motor drive female socket. After reassembly I went for a bike ride and when I returned about 3 hrs. later I was happy to see my icemaker was making ice again. This is actually easier than it sounds if you have any mechanical apptitude whatsoever.
