Lower Door Closing Cam

This door closing cam is located on the bottom of the fridge/freezer.

Door Cam - Black

Note: As per manufacture a new screw is needed to mount door cam. Sold individually.


Bi-Metal Defrost Thermostat

If ice is building up in your freezer or if your freezer is getting too warm on the defrost cycle you may need to replace the bi-metal thermostat.


Water Filter Cap

Black in color.



This part helps the compressor kick on and off while maintaining a constant temperature to keep things frozen in your freezer.



This screw is sold individually.


Ice Bin Coupling

This part is located at the bottom of the ice bucket.


Light Rocker Switch

This light switch is triggered by the door opening and closing.

First I shut the water off to the refrigerator.then i pushed the big button in the middle of the grille below the refrigerator door. pulled out the old filter, took the front cap off the old filter put it on the new filter. took the two red caps off the new filter. pushed the filter in till it locked in place. all done! Turned the back on. read more

Remove the top hinge cover. Removed the top hinge support. Lifted the door from the bottom support. Old door cams were worn completly flat. Replaced the lower door cam and closing cam use a little vasalene for lubricant on the cam surfaces. Placed the door back on the lower hinge support. Replaced the top hinge support. Door is closing great now. read more
