Be gentle when installing new plastic crisper drawer. If possible, read install instructions in Refrigerator Owner Booklet. Put new crisper drawer in position and gently push in until you are stopped by encountering the "stops" in side-support rails that are attached permanently to walls of refrigerator. Per Owner Booklet, lift new crisper drawer up slightly to pass over the "stops", then let the crisper drawer settle back down and push it in the rest of the way. Removal is reverse procedure. Be gentle!

If you have to push your door to close it and it doesn't close on its own, this is your fix. These door cams are two plastic pieces on the bottom hinge, one on the door and one on the bracket that goes to the body, that engage like a gear with only a couple of teeth. They are supposed to have raised teeth that engage to ride the door to a closed position when it is nearly closed. They are plastic and are made to wear down. To change, empty the door, then at the top of the door (i.e., looking down from above) unscrew two bolts that go to the hinge. The door then lifts off the bottom bracket. Put the door on a soft surface and unscrew the bolt that holds this cam. You can re-use the bolt. There is another cam bolted to the bracket that stays attached to the fridge. Change both cams at the same time. Reverse the process to re-install the door. Your door will close like new for under $10, in maybe 15-30 minutes.

Unplugged the refrigerator then removed two vertical screws on the very back back of the control panel (the ones with the washers). Do not remove the four other vertical screws in the panel. The front plastic plate on control panel snaps off and there are two horizontal screws under the plate. Remove them and the control panel will drop down allowing access to the light switch. Unplug the two wires (one black and one white) from the old switch. Discard the old switch, snap the new one into place and reconnect the two wires. Snap the front plastic plate back into place, plug in the refrigerator and you are done! Problem solved with a new $16.00 switch and saved at least $75.00 or more from an appliance repair call. Removed cardboard, Removed 4 bracket mounting screws, Removed plug, Removed screws securing motor to bracket. . Installed new motor on bracket, Installed fan on motor shaft , installed new pigtail on motor, Installed new assembled motor and bracket, Hooked up pigtail to electric supply, Installed cardboard, Plugged in to power supply and Voila, not even one foul word during the whole process. I replaced the thermometer first and it started working again. I was convinced that the reason that it continued to break every 6mos was because no one had ever replaced the fan. The difficult part was getting to it. After trying to get in from the front and from the back I finally figured out that I had to take the bottom off and tilt it on its side. I was then able to get out the pin in the condenser and move it to the side. I could then reach the screws that held in the fan. I then decided to put the fan on the motor and when I was tapping it on with a hammer the back cracked. I attempted to fix it by taking apart the old motor and salvaging the parts but that didn't work. I had to buy another $85 part and take the whole thing apart again. It was easier the second time because I knew which screws and pins I had to remove and how to get to them. I very, very carefully tapped the fan onto the motor and now it is working fine. I will let you know if it is still working at Easter. If it is I will have done a better job than the 7or 8 repairmen who have fixed it in the past

I went on line to find the symptoms for what I was experiencing and went to web and entered the "KSRA" alphas and this list came up. I followed the explanation on video and it was identical. Good stuff.

I removed the top door hinge cover, removed the top hinge, pulled the refrigerator door off, layed it on the floor, removed the door cams, installed the new door cams, replaced the doo and top hinge and hinge cover. If you have this problem with your refrigerator door, be sure to replace the upper and lower cam.

Repair was so simple, I didn't even need instructions. Removed old fan with motor, installed new one, installed harness that converted plugs, done. Saved hundreds of dollars doing the repair myself.

Removed to old motor by removing screws and disconnecting power source and replaced with the new motor and plugged back in power source

Using a 1/4" ratchet removed the old motor, a bit difficult due to small space to get your hand and ratchet in position. Before installing the new motor I used one of the screws to tap the the 3 holes in the new motor so it would be easier to start the screws attaching motor to mounting bracket. Attached cable. plugged in the fridge. Great to hear a quit running refrigerator again.

Took socket out and replace it with new one. Very easy. W saved alot of money doing it ourself.
