Leaked Water
First I removed the old seal and comparied it with the new one and they were the same.
Then my wife put the new seal on. I helped her on the corners, very little. She did a very good job and it does not leak now.

No Rinse cycle
Removed the front panel below door, 4 screws. Removed 1 screw that help relay on frame. Moved 3 wires from old relay to new. Installed relay to frame, installed panel and done.
