Removed a light plastic trim rectangle from around the window to expose the lower of two screws that hold the handle in place, removed the screws, threw away the broken handle, attached the new handle with the screws, popped the trim back in place, closed the door and smiled!

The only hitch is that I had no instructions on how to get the door apart to reach the lower trim. So, hat in hand, I went to the local appliance repair place, told them I had purchased a new handle but couldn't figure how to get the door apart to remove the broken handle and install the new one. They graciously explained the process and it worked. Good guys.

Oh, I forgot! I ordered the wrong color handle the first time. I contacted Parts Select customer service, got return instructions on the part, ordered one in the right color, got it in the mail and got credit for the returned one. This was all done quickly, politely, in a very businesslike manner.

You have a great operation and I won't forget you!

Sincerely, Cal Markwood
