TURN POWER OFF FIRST( disconnect the breaker)!!!
I Unscrewed (10) screws holding the inner door panel. Unplugged (2) "power" wire connectors to the panel to remove the panel. Carefully remove the flat comunication wire to the control panel. It's the flat 1'' wide skinny wire. Unclip the top control panel... rolled it forward, very easy to do. Install new control panel Hooked the flat wire back (slide it out). Replace the inner door panel and secure the inner panel with the screws. Very easy! Took my about 15 minutes to do.
