The parts arrived in well packaged boxes with extra protection. The parts online listing described and illustrated better than any other supplier, a big help for me. This was a brand new convection double wall oven, damaged and discounted. repair was a snap just removing each terminal one at a time and reconnecting to the new control. I will definitely use PartSelect again already replacing parts in our two year old dishwasher, the parts are a bargain at PartSelect. Thanks so much for being a great and easy way to shop and save.
