i removed rear panel in freezer. melted all of the ice with a hair dryer (this took longer than any part), unplugged the defrost heater, replaced with the new heater and reassembled. very easy, and i've never looked insideof a refrigerator cooling system. don't pay anyone to do this job!!!only took 2 days to get the part, so i didn'tlose any food either.....thanks!!!
