upper arm fell off awhile ago

First I had to remove both racks to get access to the upper spray arm location. The bottom rack was easy. The upper rack was much harder. I checked the manual, and online, to find out how to remove it, but nothing I found worked. Finally, by applying some pressure to some clips on the rack, I was able to pry it out.

Then it only took about 1 minute to install the upper spray arm. Now it's working great! It only took 2 days for the part to arrive. I was very satisfied with the whole experience, and would order from PartSelect.com again.
