Rinse Only light blinking, no buttons work

After removing power, I removed the top six screws (torax) on the inside of the door. These screws hold the control panel on. I separated the handle from the control panel and unhooked the wires to the control circuit. I took the old control circuit board out of the old panel and put it into the new panel. I hooked the wires up and placed the handle back in. I reattached the six screws and turned power back on. Took about 15 minutes.
