Removed stove top & front panel, Removed various screws and panels until I could access the back of the thermostat. Removed old thermostat. Carefully transferred each electrical connector from old unit to new unit. Carefully threaded "bulb" into position in the oven and secured it into holding clips. Replaced panels. Cleaned floor under stove and replaced stove in its 'slot'. Tested unit - seemed to take a long time to come up to 350, but topped out at 350. My reward today is one of Jean's superb strawberry-rhubaub pies. How's that for success?
