Door latch broke

First step= removing the upper screws on inside of washer door. i used a cordless drill with philips bit to cut time down

Step 2 = Switching bit from phillips to torx-remove the latch torx screws (2 of them). Handle is ready to be removed by pulling up slightly and out.

Step 3 = With new handle--remove the wires from old handle and attach to new just as they were attached to the old one. Do not cross wires around when doing this. This means do not take wires from the left and plug onto the right of new unit.

Step 4 = With wires attached- place handle back into unit - attach the 2 hex screws. Align panel on front and begin placing the screws into slots to re attach front panel. Tighten all screws. you are now finished. total time is less than 15 minutes using a cordless drill with phillips and torx bit
