REMOVED BOTH CAPS, USED EXTENDED SOCKET ARM AND REMOVED BOLT - REPLACED COGS AND REASSEMBLED- VERY EASY FIX ALTHOUGH COGS HAD TO BE SECURED WITH SOME PETROLEUM JELLY TO KEEP THEM FROM SLIPPING OUT OF HOUSING DURING ASSEMBLY
