This was surprisingly easy. I removed the 4 sheet metal screws that held on the lower colored panel on the front of the dishwasher. I hooked one of the cables to the little post on the bottom right edge of the door, and then hooked the other cable on the post at the bottom left. I then hooked the two door springs to one of the cables, stretched out the springs a half inch or so, and hooked them to the other cable, making sure the cables were seated on the wide rollers. I then opened the dishwasher door a few times to make sure all was well (it was) and replaced the 4 screws + lower panel. Voila!

Oh, and I cleaned around the edges of the lower panel while it was out. They are hard to get to when the panel is installed, and they were quite filthy, I'm embarrassed to say.
