Water inlet valve only open half way.

Remove the back cover of top of the machine. Turn off water, open top of machine, remove hoses, take off three wires, remove one screw, remove one hose clamp to the mixing valve and remove bad valve. Replace vave, install screw,install color coded wires with gel. install hose and clamp. Close top, install back and water lines. Turn on water. A&E service had three tries to repair the machine and could not repair it.
