UNSCREWED 2 SMALL SCREWS UNHOOKED 2 SMALL PLUGS REMOVED OLD ELEMENT PUT IN NEW ELEMENT PLUGGED IN 2 PLUGS PUT IN THE 2 SCREWS AND JOB WAS DONE.
