Disassembled the door to figure out what was wrong. Identified part broken, ordered part, re-disassembled the door and replaced latch. would recommend shutting off electricity, as I got a slight "tickle". I also added some Lithium grease to the latch roller pin. After 10 years, it was dry, and may have contributed to the broken latch. Seems like a lot of money for the little plastic latch, but it went in great.
