I did not remove the door from the unit! put the seals out in the sun for a couple of hours to soften and straighten. open door, loosen screws around inner liner(they are under the seal lip) DO NOT REMOVE SCREWS!. gently pull old seal out from under the edge of the liner. starting at one corner, gently ease the retaining lip under the retaining edge of the liner. after completing this, tighten screws from the middle of the door to the outer edge starting with the top of the door. do the sides next, then the bottom. next, apply silicone sealant to the corners as per the instructions supplied with the seals. apply Petro-Gel, close the door, YOU ARE DONE!
