Top of agitator would not turn, pushing cloths down for the paddles to agitate.

Removed top cap by twisting and pulling up, next reached in and removed cap over the retaining bolt. Used a 7/16 socket and 12 inch extension on a 3/8 drive ratchet to lossen & remove bolt. Top portion of agitator lifted off. Placed hand in top of removed unit, tipped unit over and removed insert that holds directional coggs. Reversed procedure to install. Caution, top of agitator that mates with insert, has 2 tabs that bend over if not careful when reinstalling top unit. I understand these tabs are unnecessary and may be twisted off prior to reinstallation process, making it a lot easier.
