dripping water on refrigerator dispenser
put on new water valve, was very easy to do, but water is still dripping. Now, I must replace water feed line because I think the water pressure is too low and see if that helps.

The ice and water features stopped working.
We used the frig for several years without the water turned on. I finally decided to look int the problem at the same time we replaced the door seal which was simple as well. I found that water did not get beyond the primary valve. My wife searched the part, found it to be affordable, we ordered it and put it in. Very simple. I used nut drivers carefully on the screws. I cut the end of the hose that attaches beyond the valve as it had a broken piece of the "Y" connector in it. I used a compression fitting from the old "Y" adapter to attach the hose to the new valve. Reattached the unit with the nut drivers and away it went!

Purchased and replaced the primary valve which made water and ice work but the flow from water dispenser is very slow. Do I need to replace secondary valve to increase flow? I've already checked water pipe and it has good pressure. Already tried using with filter and on bypass both tests same result: Water flows but it's quite slow.

Hi Joanne, Thank you for your question. If the dispenser is dispensing water slowly, and you have checked the water pressure, the water filter and the primary valve, check to see if the water line in the door is frozen. If is unthaw it. Also check the dispenser control board to make sure it working correctly as well. You will need to test the board with a multimeter. Here is a link to one of our videos on YouTube that you may reference on how to use one, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bWC44fHn0As. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!
