Unplugged the washer from electricity. Removed door, taking out the Phillips head screws on each hinge. Popped the front cover off. Used 5/16" nut driver to remove the screws that secure the top cover. Removed Phillips head screws in the soap dispenser. Raised the top cover...unhooked wiring to door latch assembly and removed the two screws that hold it in place with a 5/16" nut driver. Installed new door latch assembly. Then reversed the steps to close up the washing machine. On the door itself I removed all the screws on the outside of the panel. Popped the metal clips off the old inner door panel, installed them on the new panel. Put all hardware on the panel reinstalled all the screws and put the door back on the washer.
