After removing the two oven racks, sitting on a low stool positioned on the side of the oven door, and placing a magnetic light on the oven wall, it was easy and comfortable to change out the heating element. A magnetic screw driver is helpful. Two screws had to be removed to free the element from the rear wall of the oven. Then two small screws needed to be unscrewed to free the terminals from the oven-wire terminals. The reverse procedure was followed to install the replacement heating element.
