After selecting and ordering the correct parts from the diagram and parts list provided on the website, I viewed the online video and quickly repaired the dishwasher. I put a few dishes in for a test and the unit worked perfectly. I also observed a few tips that were offered such as replacing the spray arm seal and wash arm bearing ring, and tightening the screws on the main wash unit. The PartSelect website was truly a Godsend. I was actually contemplating replacing the entire dishwasher or calling a repairman before I found the website via a Google search for my more than 20 year old dishwasher. In either case, it would have cost me a lot more than doing it myself. The purchase process by phone was outstanding - the customer service representative was very knowledgeable and careful about making certain I was getting exactly what I needed. I added 2-Day shipping, which was less than $15.00 and with three parts, the entire order was less than $25.00, including shipping. And I had the parts on my porch in two days. PartSelect is awesome!!!! And it will be the first place I go for future appliance repairs.
