First the power was turned off, then the oven door was removed. The two screws on the bake element were removed. Then the element was pulled out so that the wires were exposed, about 3 inched and disconnected. Put the new element in and placed the wires on the ends and pushed it back in place, put the 2 screws on, put the door back on. Turned the oven on and everything back to normal !!! Thanks part select for getting my part here so quick.
