Turned off electricity, removed six screws on inside top of dishwasher. Disconnected 4 wires with needle nose pilers. Removed old latch by removing two small screws, connected new wires on new part and tightened the two small screws back to hold new latch. Placed plastic top back on the inside front and replaced the six screws. Removed the old gasket by gently pulling itout. Cleaned out the dirt from middle of the rubber gasket trough and placed the middle of new gasket at top of dishwasher. Starting at the bottom of one side fold the gasket to completely fill the bottom of the trough and gently push gasket into the trough all the way to the middle. Take other end of gasket and fix it in the same way. Do not force the gasket but let the weight of the dishwasher door push it all the way in. Run dishwasher to check for leaks, if none your all done. If leaking remove gasket and try again. Remember the bottom of the trough must be fill
