Dryer would start an immediately shut off before drum rotated.

I ordered a new belt on Saturday and it arrived Tuesday. My 7-year-old son and I removed the back panel and the two screws that fasten the lint trap to the top panel. The top then lifts off and you can access the screws that hold the front panel to the sides. Once the front panel is removed the belt is clearly visible and easy to get at. Replacing the belt took but a minute, all the work is in removing and replacing the panels. I vacuumed out a lot of accumulated lint, which probably needed doing anyway. The dryer is working better than ever now.
