The procedure was nearly identical to (actually a bit simpler than) instructions found. The wiring connectors were a bit different, and the internal construction of the door was simpler. After turning off power to the unit, I removed the screws from the door, lifter the interior panel, In my model steps 4 and 5 were unnecessary, as there were no control shield and upper brace. The wiring was snapped firmly to a small electrical connector (part #4 in this diagram, and rather than risk damage in attempting to disconnect them, and because the electronics in my dishwasher were functioning correctly, I unsnapped the old part 4 from the old latch (both sides) and snapped them into the new latch assembly. (There is a small spring-loaded detente that must be depressed in order for them to slide in place). Much simpler. Once that was done I was able to just set the latch in place, reassemble the door, and turn power back on.
