Two screws held the drawer slide. After taking everything out of the bottom of the fridge (and cleaning the grunge that had accumulated under the drawer), I took out the two screws, removed the broken slide, put in the new one and was done. The installation was far quicker that cleaning the gunk in the fridge! As to the dairy door, no tools were needed. It just popped straight into place. The parts came VERY quickly and were exactly what I needed.
