Top part of agitator would not move when washing clothes

I ordered the part after learning what was wrong with the dryer on this site. I am an older disabled woman with back problems so I had concern about the level of difficulty in the repair process but thought I would give it a shot. It was so simple. Parts Select not only sent the part , they also included the instructions to put it in. I just lifed up on the agitator cap, used a socket with an extension to remove one bolt and pulled up on the agitator. After it was out I removed the shipping tabs as instructed. I put the new parts together and installed the agitator back into the machine. From now on Parts Select.com will be my first choice for all of my repair parts. It was a great experience and saved me lots of dollars.
