Watch the video on the site. It is as easy as it looks. I wasnt sure if it was the defroster or the thermistat so I replaced both of them. Once I took it apart it was evident that it was the defrost heate. I replaced both parts for $40. I selected the expedited shipping, 2-3 days. I order on a Friday afternoon and had the part on Monday. If all repairs were so easy.
