Replaced both the defrost timer and defrost thermostat hoping this would cure the problem. I tried to defrost by using a hair dryer on the upper right corner of the refrigerator. This temporarily cured the problem. It seemed the drain was plugged with ice. I turned the knob on the defrost timer clockwise about 1/3 rd. It is now running with out dripping for over a week. Temperature is stable in both the freezer and refrigerator now.
