Remove the two phillips screws on top (put screws aside to re-use) then slide the grill assembly to the left to remove. I took advantage to clean the built up grease behind the assembly before putting the new one on. (Note: The new assembly came with screw posts instead of the metal clips, to secure with the screws you removed from the old assembly). Slide the new assembly on, from the left side, slide it to the right, line up your screw holes, and secure with the two screws. Test by putting the fan on. Just a reminder, remove the plactic sheeting that protects the stainless cover and plastic assembly before placing onto Microwave. This site has helped me keep my appliances in top shape. Thank you!
