Dispenser not working

First I ensured that the water line was not frozen. I disconnected the connection at the bottom of the Freezer door, then I operated the dispenser. Nothing came out, water or Ice. That confirmed that the water was not blocked by ice or other obstruction.

I simply removed the rear cover and removed the electrical connectors and installed the new board. It was very easy.
