Cracks in the stem that goes onto the metal piece where the know is pushed onto the stove.]
Basically all I had to do was to push the knob onto the stem. Took all of 30 seconds. Thanks for your assistance.

Does this part replace cooktop part number mec5430?

Are the knobs returnable if they don’t work out?

Thank you for your question. We have a 30 day return policy. Parts must be in resalable condition to qualify.
All electrical parts must not have been installed.
Returned items that have been installed will not be returned to customer.
Customer is responsible for shipping returned parts back to PartSelect.
