Simple--took out the old ice bucket and put in the new one. I had to turn the auger assembly 90* in order for the drive gear to properly engage the plastic cup at the rear of the ice auger. The problem was that this plastic cup was broken in the original ice bucket. Once I saw how well the new bucket fed out the ice, I suspect that the old cup had probably been broken for some time before it finally split entirely. It seems to be a weak point in the entire system, and I'm not sure how long the new one will last.
