We replaced the defrost heater by just unscrewing a few screws, disconnecting two wires, reconnecting the new heater wires and we were done. I watched a youtube video on how to do it. It was so simple and we fixed our refidgerator for $32. I am so happy!! It couldn't have been easier. We contemplated buying a new fridge but then I decided to research it on line and found your company. You helped me diagnose the problem and figure out what part I needed. You saved us from spending way more than we needed to. Thanks so much!! I have been bragging to everyone that I fixed our fridge not my husband!!
