Do NOT call a repairman for this job. Simply squeeze the bottom of the end stop and at the same time pull up. Once removed, slide the upper rack out. If replacing multiethnic rollers, put a piece of tape or otherwise mark the locations. Unhook, twist and remove the old roller and replace with the new one. Remove tape. That's it! Parts extremely easy to order with fast delivery. The only negative is the price, especially if you replace all 4. But you save at least $100 in service.
