I unplugged the dryer and removed the front panel. i then looked underneath and removed the belt. at this point this point I was able to remove the drum. once the drum was removed I was able to replace the pulley and wheels. the maintenance kit was just the ticket. I follow the enclosed instructions and I was done in no time. I would suggest taking it apart first so you can make sure you order everything you need the first time.
