Removed fabric softener dispenser and agitator cap barrier. Used ratchet wrench with extension to remove the 7/16" agitator bolt. Lifted out the agitator unit and disassembled it, removing the broken directional cogs. Replaced worn thrust spacer (used white lithium grease to lubricate), directional cogs and inner cap seal. Reassembled and reinstalled agitator unit.
